  1. Purpose of Services
    Make Yourself Whole, LLC provides educational programs, coaching, and live events to support individuals in releasing limiting beliefs and realigning with their goals. By using our services — including digital products, group programs, in-person events, and one-on-one sessions — you agree to the terms below.
    Note: Some programs and memberships are offered through a recurring monthly billing model. Details are provided at the time of purchase.

  2. Educational Disclaimer
    All information, tools, and content offered by Make Yourself Whole, LLC are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not diagnose, treat, or offer medical or mental health services. The information shared through our programs is not intended as a substitute for professional advice. You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare provider for medical or psychological concerns.
    You understand and agree that Dana Kern / Make Yourself Whole, LLC is **not** a licensed medical doctor, therapist, counselor, psychologist, or psychiatrist. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental, emotional, or physical health condition. Our programs are for educational and coaching purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice or treatment. You are solely responsible for your own moves and decisions and health.

  3. Participation in Live Calls and Group Events
    Group coaching calls, workshops, and retreats may be recorded for the benefit of participants or for future use within our program content. By participating, you agree to be recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may:

  • Attend without speaking or turning on video

  • Contact us for alternative arrangements

  1. Testimonials & Feedback
    By submitting any testimonial (written, audio, or video), participating in calls, or offering feedback, you grant Make Yourself Whole, LLC permission to use your words, voice, likeness, and general comments for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes. Identifying details will not be shared without your explicit written consent. You may request anonymity or decline inclusion by emailing info@makeyourselfwhole.com.

  2. In-Person Events & Hold Harmless Agreement
    If you participate in any in-person workshop, event, or retreat hosted by Make Yourself Whole, LLC:

  • You understand that movement, breathwork, emotional release, or energetic exercises may be involved.

  • You agree to participate at your own risk and release Make Yourself Whole, LLC and its facilitators from any liability for injuries, emotional distress, or property damage incurred during the event.

  • You agree to disclose any medical or psychological conditions that may affect your participation and understand you are solely responsible for your physical and emotional well-being during the event.

  • By attending, you agree to hold harmless Make Yourself Whole, LLC, its affiliates, owners, employees, and venue staff for any claims arising from your participation.

  1. Refund & Cancellation Policy
    All digital products, memberships, and event fees are non-refundable once access is granted or a seat is held.
    Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize Make Yourself Whole, LLC to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle unless you cancel by contacting us directly.
    To cancel your subscription, you must send written notice via email to info@makeyourselfwhole.com at least 72 hours before your next billing date. Your access will continue through the end of your current paid billing period. You are responsible for ensuring your cancellation request is received and confirmed by us prior to your next billing date.
    No refunds will be issued for unused time, partial months, or failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.
    If you cancel and later choose to rejoin, you may re-enroll at the then-current membership rate. Previously locked-in or discounted pricing will not be reinstated.
    Please note: a limited Love It or Leave It Guarantee applies only to our 3-Day Weekend Intensive and is outlined in Section 7 below.

  2. Love It or Leave It Guarantee (3-Day Weekend Intensive Only)
    We stand behind the quality of our 3-Day Weekend Intensive. If, by the end of Day 1 of the workshop, you do not feel a meaningful shift — such as increased clarity, emotional release, or greater calm — simply notify us before leaving that day, and we will issue a full refund of your registration fee.

Important details:

  • This guarantee applies only to the 3-Day Weekend Intensive program.

  • Refund requests must be made in person on Day 1 of the event, prior to leaving the venue.

  • Refunds will not be granted after Day 1 has concluded.

  • A “meaningful shift” is defined as any personal change you can identify in clarity, perspective, emotion, or energy. If you feel you have not experienced this by the end of Day 1, you are eligible for the guarantee.

  • Travel, lodging, meals, or other personal expenses are not covered by this guarantee.

  1. Conduct Expectations
    You agree to treat other members, clients, and staff with respect. Disruptive, abusive, or harmful behavior may result in removal from the program or event without refund.
    Make Yourself Whole, LLC reserves the right to remove participants from digital platforms, live events, or membership communities if their behavior negatively impacts the experience of others.

  2. Intellectual Property
    All content shared through Make Yourself Whole, LLC — including videos, digital downloads, worksheets, energy codes, techniques, and frameworks — is protected intellectual property. You agree not to reproduce, share, or distribute any content without written permission.

  3. Updates and Modifications
    We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Changes will be reflected on the document and are effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation indicates acceptance of any changes.

  4. Termination of Access
    Make Yourself Whole, LLC reserves the right to revoke access to any program, membership, or community space at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: violations of this agreement, harmful or disrespectful behavior, or misuse of program content.
    In such cases, no refunds will be issued. Decisions regarding removal or termination are made at the sole discretion of Make Yourself Whole, LLC.

By accessing this website, registering for an event, participating in a program, or submitting a form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and Participation Agreement.
