You’ll learn how your subconscious identity determines your emotional patterns, your sense of possibility, and the results you’re getting in life. And you’ll discover why mindset work, affirmations, and goal-setting often fail - unless the identity behind them is aligned.
Throughout the weekend, Dana will facilitate hands-on repatterning exercises that reset the nervous system and update the internal “filing cabinets” of the brain and body.

What You’ll Need to Attend This event if virtual
To fully participate and receive the benefits of this high-touch experience, you’ll need:
A stable internet connection (wired or strong Wi-Fi is ideal)
Zoom app installed on your computer, tablet, or phone
A quiet, private space where you can speak openly without interruption
Camera on and microphone access - participation is active, not passive
Willingness to engage with the group through discussion and observation
Ability to perform light physical movements such as:
Standing
Reaching
Walking across a small space
Touching specific points on the body (e.g., forehead, chest)
